TWC’s Wildlife Hotline is supported almost entirely by private donations plus government funding from two municipalities in the GTA which comprises approximately 3% of the overall cost of this program. Possibly the most important service provided by TWC, this program would not be possible without the support of generous members of the public and organisations. Certain aspects of this program, such as the initiation of a formal Wildlife Hotline volunteer program in 2007, have been funded by foundation grants.
